Beer Lab Hawaii

I love getting multiple tasters of all the different beers, they have some fun experimental flavors. I'm not sure what Omakase (a hazy IPA) is supposed to taste like but it was my favorite. Service is quick, friendly and professional. Their house made chips with ahi dip and their smoked meat are pretty good, I need to try more of their food! Only thing is it gets kinda loud so it's sometimes hard to hear each other. At Pearlridge Mall so there's plenty of parking.

Really enjoyed this place! Stopped by on our way back from North Shore. Great ambiance and very friendly staff. Good selection of beers, and the food was on point plus good-sized portions.

Went to check out their beer. Had the potato chips, water, peanut butter and guava ale, and kulolo beer. Beautiful servers. Fast and friendly service.

Had an early dinner here and the food was good and the service was really friendly. I had a beer flight, and we had some salads, fried noodles, and some pupu steak. YUMMMMM

5/2024: At this point it is second nature to come here when celebrating anything or just hanging out with friends. They are in the process of overhauling their food menu. It seems like the menu has shrunk and there is a reduced emphasis on shareable plates. Hopefully this changes by the end of their revisions. Again, tons of crazy beer choices. Tried the Bernstein Bear, Omakase, Pahumoa, Lilikoi Lemon Bars, Yuzu Creamsicle IPA, Quellek, and Mililani Red. My favorite was probably the Yuzu Creamsicle. Always a good time here. 12/2023: Came back for more beer, but also food. We got their cheese pork cutlet, chili fries, tater tot nachos, and crispy lechon. Everything was delicious. It’s pretty crazy that almost the entire beer menu changed in the two weeks between my visits. Tried the Lab Lite, Schwarzbiernator, D-Fermentation, Confringo, Man’s West Friend, Kiwing Me Softly, and Ko’olauloa. Everything was at least pretty good, with my favorites being Confringo and Kiwing Me Softly. Service was good too. Once again, an excellent experience courtesy of Beer Lab. 11/2023: Beer Lab seriously never misses. I’ve been to their University location but it was my first time to The Hall. Very modern and cool on the inside. I tried the Unseelie Court, Ise Ebi, and Dat Bitter. They were all fantastic. Only got beer this time but the food menu looks great too. Service was good too.

The service was awesome, music was great, drinks were good, and loaded fries was amazing! The servers and just overall staff were very friendly and quick with busy tables on a Friday night. Kai was quick and veryyy friendly!!

I have come to Beer Lab every time we come to the island. Have never had a bad beer from them. Always excellent choices and always something new. For me, they are the best brewery on the island. The Hall had amazing food, and the lechon and chefs noodles were very good. The staff was excellent. We will continue to come back and try everything they have new.

Great place. Food, service, music, atmosphere, we love all off it. We came on for breakfast, before the mall was open (who knew) and found a full breakfast menu. We both had local fried rice with egg. ... supper yummy!
